Refund policy

Risk Free Easy Returns

We have an easy & 100% risk free 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Please get in touch if you wish to send us a return - please don't send your item back without contacting us first. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns Procedure

  1. Contact us at sales@outsider-clothing.co.uk. Include your order number, email address & the reason for the return request.
  2. We will review your request and if we approve it we will add your details to our returns system & email you with confirmation & return instructions.
  3. Once your return is approved, please return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
  4. We understand you may have tried on your garment once, but we cannot accept any returns with make-up or deodorant marks, or any other marks or damage to the item.
  5. Please purchase your postage label & send your return to us at : Outsider Clothing C/O Blue Panda Ltd, Unit 6, Building 446, Aviation Business Park, Bournemouth Airport, Christchurch, BH23 6NW
  6. Returns postage: as a small business we aren't able to cover the postage cost for returns or issue pre-paid returns labels. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.
  7. Once the return is received we will check the item & if approved your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  8. Refunds: please allow 7-10 days for your refund to be fully processed.
  9. Exchanges : we don't currently offer an exchange service. For replacement/new items, please place a new order on our website.

Damaged or Faulty Products
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will do everything we can to assist you.

Please note that slight variations in colour/opacity between on-screen images and printed images is to be expected, due to variation of screen resolutions between devices. This will not be considered a product fault.

For transit damage please take photos of any damaged packaging if you can - please send these to us and we will resolve the matter asap for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Purchases by business or trade customers, where the person purchasing is not the end-user, are non-returnable and non-refundable and are not covered by our easy returns policy. 

Exchanges
We do not offer an exchange service, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement, as per the instructions above. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
